Levi's Knocksoff Supra Skytop

In a market as saturated as the footwear industry, one sure way to know you are doing something right is when another company completely bites your design. Supra is the latest victim of Levi’s who has also come with their own version of the Converse Chuck Taylor and Vans Authentic. While the makers of the Original 501 aren’t exactly the ones responsible for this crime, they did authorize their corporate stamp to be applied to these shoes worked up by GMI.

Levi’s and GMI take the knockoff Supra sneakers another step further when choosing the name the product – the Levi’s Greco. For those not up to date on pro-skaters, Jim Greco is one of Supra’s pro-riders with a signature shoe made by Supra. I guess calling them the “Muska” would have taking it too far.

While retailers may think that they have just scored a sure seller by carrying this shoe, think again. The shoes may sport a very affordable $65 pricetag, but don’t expect many people who know about the Skytop to be fooled by this imitation.     Hold up you ALL on here has a pair of levis and how could there be a lawsuit coming how do you know that the design of the shoe is patented? And trust me supra cant hurt a MEGA company like Levis they could buy Supra 20 times over it will probably make a supra more visible because of the likeness people will buy supras I think Supra got free promotion!!!Wats more popular them or levis???     When I saw the Purple I had to try them on. I didn’t purchase them because they’re made like SH!T. The soles were not flat on the ground. Extremely uncomfortable and poorly made.

    it was one thing to bite the chucks because everybody has done that but the supras?…..and honestly these don’t look that bad. if supra didn’t exist these would be fire. but supra does exist and these are lame knock offs. i really feel sorry for the kid who tells his parents that he wants supras and they go to footlocker and cop him a pair of these. with that $65 they could get him some other kicks that would be a lot less embarassing. this is just ridiculous, simply ridiculous…..
