What a turn of events! In September of 2008, pint-sized rapper Bow Wow appointed himself the undisputed “Jordan King”.

Four months later, we have received news of Bow Wow signing with basketball star Stephon Marbury’s Starbury apparel brand! Jordan King to Starbury Soldier?Â We are in full support of low-costing sneakers; however, you cannot self-proclaim yourself the King of Jordan sneakers one minute, and then the next minute you’re Starbury’s property.

Bow Wow will be the first entertainer to partner with the Starbury team. He stated that “he wanted his fans to be able to wear nice shoes and clothing and to also have money in the bank.” On that note you must applaud him. Hopefully, we will never hear him self-proclaim himself about anything having to do with Jordan again. Via Sohh.

i dont know about yall but im the king to those who know me when it comes to NIKE/JORDAN. THATS WHY I CALLED MYSELF RETROSAURUS REX=MY SHOEGAME IS A MONSTER AND REX IS LATIN FOR KING. i have jordans 1-23 not all of them but the ones i wanted; and atleast one pair for each number but i have all the 8s and xx3s and i had all the 12s,13s,11s.

He wears fitted jeans sometimes then flips up and comes out in a video with dickey shorts a big white T and a dickey shirt with the 24k Gold Supra Skytops.
Then he comes to do a radio interview with a Montclair on and some ripped up fitted jeans. Dude is stranqe and doesnt have one set style. I wish him the best buh dude isnt a heavy hitter in the fresh category.

when Bow Wow can get OG Jordan 6′s in the original white/infrared and white/maroon colorways like myself, THEN he can call himself a “jordan king”. i don’t even call myself one and i got more heat than he does. his collection is all retro. at least fat joe had olympic 9′s before most cats.

i heard a interview with bow wow talking about this and he stated that he sees alot of us people who buy jordans as suckers cuz it only cost people 20 dollars to make a jordan sneaker and were pay up to 400 for the packages and that the sneakers he makes are not starburys there called prince bows.
