 Last week, many of you thought Joe Johnson’s Jordan 6 Rings PE was one of the best sneakers spotlighted in our Kicks On Court. Yes, it was one of the better 6 Rings we have seen all year, but we have now spotted Johnson hooping in an even better Jordan sneaker!Although the NBA playoffs are very far away, Joe Johnson hooped in the Air Jordan 8 Black/Varsity Red-White “Playoffs†this past weekend against the Miami Heat. If you recall, the Air Jordan 8 was the last Air Jordan shoe that MJ wore before retiring the first time. However, Jordan Brand retroed this sneaker last year on December 22nd, 2008. Where does the Air Jordan 8 Black/Varsity Red-White “Playoffs†rank in our best sneakers seen on Kicks On Court this year? Is it neck and neck with Josh Howard’s Air Jordan 8 PE? Mike Bibby, Johnson’s backcourt teammate, also turned a few heads this past weekend. Similar to D.J. Augustin last week, Bibby sported two different Jordan sneakers in one game. In the first half, Bibby hooped in the ever-so-present Jordan 6 Rings PE. Later on in the game, he dug into his locker and laced up the Air Jordan 2.5 Low for the second half.
