Nike SB Dunk High Sport Red/White

The web has been full of rumors on what to call these freshly designed kicks. So how bout we call them the Nike SB Dunk High Sport Red/White, and tell you they are an upcoming release from Nike Skateboarding.

With the holiday color scheme they could easily have taken inspiration from the jolly old fat man known as Santa Claus. Red and white representing the suit, brown reppin’ the boots and green for maybe the holly or Christmas tree. However, the Coca-Cola label is also legitimate, obviously the red and white would be the company colors, the brown being the actual drink. Where does the green come in? It is rumored that the drink was actually originally green.

So enough with the rumors. What would you call them Santa Claus Dunks, or Coca-Cola Dunks?

    Being that its so close to Xmas you could call tem the Santas but like my dad told me when I was younger “Aint no white man taking credit for my hard earned money”!!!!lol it was funny how he said it and my is a SUNNI Muslim and my moms a christan it was hilarious but back on track call them nicekicks cuz they are fresh to death either way you call it

    to the comment on the drink being green it wasnt the drink the glass the drink was put in was orginally green back then it was thought that the green tint of the glass ensured the cola would remain fresher for extended period of time similar to why you see some milk cartons darker now because sunlight or light period breaks down the modulecuar structure of milk causing it to spoil quicker in theory anyway the green tint was changed tho because it was cost effective and coke is the number drink in the world followed by pepsi How I know this I watch the history channel lol =) Wow i have no life =(

    its one in the same! coca cola marketed st. Nicholas in those red and white clothes to fit their company colors. that is, we owe the modern image of “santa clause” to coca cola. so id say these are coca cola dunks

    #5, your pops is on point. #6, no use wearing green unless it’s St. Patrick’s Day? There’s absolutely no need to switch the laces after Christmas! These are fly just as they are, but if anything, I could do without the brown. Even if it were the middle of summer, the color combo would bang.

    whoa whoa whoa these are fire! a must have if you ask me Ima call these the Santas! Santa Claus was originally green and white more than 200 years ago. If you go back and look into old Christmas stories you’ll see that he was green and white.

    Like Scoop said..these are refered to as the Big Gulps because the colors are reminiscent of the old 7-11 Big Gulp Cups from the 80′s/90′s. I saw a pair back in September and they are definitely one of the nicer SB releases to come out..suede around the toebox and perforated leather side panels…you can’t go wrong.
