Air Jordan 2.5 White/Black-CementThe Air Jordan 2.5 has been nearly an everyday thing in our Kicks On Court series but the upcoming Air Jordan 2.5 White/Black-Cement colorway will definitely be in demand off court.

This colorway of the 2.5 features the infamous print that will have people lining up early, and also hating that Jordan won’t leave the classics alone. Whether or not you like the style of the 2.5, these kicks sport a fresh twist on Jordan classics, with performance upgrades to keep your shoe game competitive on the court, or style cues to keep you looking fresh on the street, it won’t be hard to find a place in the closet for these.

Not since MJ sported the True Blues III’s in his final run in Washington, have we seen the grey cement print hit the NBA hardwood, will these find their way onto KOC this season?

    I’m just going to say it (like my opinion matters anyway)

    You can’t just throw on the elephant print and call it a nice shoe. What an abused pattern. Elephant print should be used sparingly…not on JB 2.5 (I.E. The next overpriced Jordan Brand “Turn ‘em and burn ‘em shoe).

    These look like a sketcher version of the Air Jordan 2.

    I don’t care what upgrades this shoe has, it’s design is for $&@!

    i like 2.5′s i think they are a great balling shoe.. NBA player been rocking them har this season.. and this colorway is deff bonkers.. and for the people saying to bring back the retros, i like the retros as much as the next guy but i think that its time to create new styles and set new trends.. what you’re saying is that you would stop copping Jordans if they stoped retroing the Classics?

    oh btw i hate the shoe… it looked alot better on kicks on the court (the q rich ones were fire)… but sumtimes jordan fans make me sick with their whining… its really annoying… think about this… if jordan just retro’ed the cement 3′s every month instead of attempting 2 be original, there would be no point in collecting… no point in buying them at all… and really u wouldnt have a classic… u would just have an old ass sneaker…

    I think what people are saying is they’re making an atrocity of a classic. A classic in itself can’t be killed but when you start chopping bits and pieces and dumping them off into one shoe and cloning colorways, its not very original and I’m not one to support it.

    I’m all for originality in the sense of coming up with new ideas but JB has an issue. They make a lot of money every time they make a solid retro. And they want to move forward with new concepts for shoes in the future. My problem is that every “new” shoe that they make contains peices of an old shoe…. They have to let go of their security blanket in classic retros and just go for it sooner or later.

    And Trunners were a great example unlike the Air Jordan Flipsyde which look like modified 3′s, Jordan Phly’s look like Jordan Sky Highs and everything else thats “new ideas.”

    How is it creating new styles by fusing 2 old styles and throwing a colorway that was made popular by the old styles on it? No, that’s just laziness at JB, unwillingness to come up with anything new. I should re-phrase that, they sometimes try, but they usually fail at making a decent product. JB just isn’t making any good new shoes right now. All they can sell is their classics and variations on their classics, as seen here.
