Air Jordan 11/12 CDP - Could it be?When the news broke last year about the concept of the Countdown Package broke, many began wondering (and salivating) for the Jordan 11/12 CDP. At last the Jordan 11 would return and would be paired with another great shoe, the Air Jordan 12.

For months the colors of the Jordan 11 and Jordan 12 have been a major mystery. Jordan Brand did help us out a little bit when they posted the colorways on their official release dates page, but JB has been known to throw some curve balls.

At last, we have found photos that give what just might be the visual confirmation that we have been waiting for months. 52xie posted photos of what appears to be the Jordan 11/12 CDP displaying the Black/Red colorway of the Jordan 11 and the “Taxi” Jordan 12. Info from kenlu.

    Dope, but I’d honestly rather have the Spacejams retro. As for the 12′s, I’m happy with them, but not as excited, ya know? I’m coppin’ this pack free, thanks to Xmas. lmao. =D

    Since i am from Chicago I am biased towards any Jordans after 14 simply because mike accomplished his legacy in the shoes he wore in the chi….sounds silly i know but this package is truly a good package…..

    to smoke100, I feel you on that. I personally, don’t like any Jordans after XIV, seeing it never caught my attention and it doesn’t mean much. that is why in my Jordan collection, I’ve only acquired I-XIII. XIV isn’t in it seeing not much of the colorways stood out to me, other than the breds and playoffs.

    On some real talk people who are saying this pack is for real jordan heads is stupid. Lets be real most real jordan heads have bred xi’s and should have a pair of og 12s or even retros. That being said why pay 310 for taxis that are going to be extremely cheap in quality. im not bashing JB but this is a joke. The quality on the 18s, 2s, 3s, and 4s in the CDPs have been extremely horrible. this is an instant pass

    YO, I AGREE WITH U, I HAVE A WORN PAIR OF PLAYOFFS 12′S AND THE RETRO PLAYOFFS 11′S, AND THEY’RE VERY COMFORTABLE. THESE CDP PACKS ARE VERY LOW AS FAR AS QUALITY IS CONCERNED. I KNOW THIS CUZ I ALSO HAVE A WORN PAIR OF RETRO 4′S AND THOSE ARE MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE 4′S FROM THE CDP 19/4…

    with all that said, i am leaning towards passing on this pack.
    but i’ll head to the mall that dec.26, and see if i find me a pack in my 8.5 size, i might just cop it, and not have to have stood in no darn line or dumb campout… so we’ll see…!!!
    if i get them great, if i don’t no biggie.

    from a foot locker employee:
    we are still not sure if these are the colorways, the taxi’s might change at the last minute, and employees WILL NOT be able to purchase, till customers buy first, so all you foot locker connections can FORGET getting a pair without lining up or waiting, you ppl are fool of crap if you think u can squeak by a pack from an employee/friend…
    and this is coming from someone i know at foot locker.
    Also, found out that this pack will NOT limited, there will be a massive, i mean a MASSIVE amount of these packs to go around, don’t be fooled, it’s gonna be more like UNLIMITED… merry x’mas ppl…

    u kno ppl continue to complain and complain about the quality and dey say oo jb can make em better if dey want nd blah blah blah but u have to understand..the economy is in serious trouble rite now…u cant xpect jb to make retros in dese cdp’s da same quality as retros from 02 03 04 etc and have dem b da same price…jb has 2 choices wen makin dese retros…1) reduce quality and keep da same price give or take a few bucks from da last retro or even da og price OR 2) increse quality and make dem as gud as dey were da last time dey were retroed or even da og’s BUT also increase price to compensate for all da xpensive materials used…now i do believe in my personal opinion dat da quality IS crappy but i dnt really complain cuzz i understand y dey r da way dey r

    1)are these packs released in limited quantities in the states?

    2)What is the resale value on these gonna be in case I don’t get it in stores?

    Cause i know for canada, footlocker is only getting 900 boxes. I’m not sure about Champs or Athletes World.

    i do think there’s too much hype for this pack.
    like i’ve said before, i’ll go to the mall a bit later in the AM, if i get it, great. if I don’t, no biggie. would anybody pay $500-$800 for re-sell? i see ebay sellers having a field day for these the day after…!

    Just got word that the Jordans 11/12 pack is moved to the 12/20/2008 and the spi’ ikes are moved to 12/24/2008 and the 6 rings and the fusion 20 all got moved to the 12/13/2008 everything got moved up
