Kicks on Court - October 21st, 2008The Air Jordan 2 has been a reoccurring theme for Kicks On Court (KOC) lately. Sunday night, Mike Bibby sported the Jordan 2 Low in a white colorway, whereas, Tuesday night, he hooped in a black colorway. Today’s KOC finds Ray Allen in an exclusive Boston Celtic colorway of the Air Jordan 2. Allen always seems to have the best Air Jordan PEs out of everybody on the Jordan Brand team.

Chris Paul, another JB team member, played in a New Orleans Hornet colorway of the Jordan Jumpman Team Pro. This shoe has also been heavily spotted in the preseason games; many players were seen in these Team Jordans Monday night.

We also found Elton Brand hooping in the Converse EB1, his first signature sneaker. It seems like a typical ‘big man’ shoe. Maybe he can help Dwayne Wade hold Converse up right now…maybe not.     Ray always has sick kicks and the colors always seem to make everything sparkle lol. but josh howard rockin the 8′s in those mavericks colors are hot as well.

    im gona be completely honest with everyone. i like rockin jordans n all. they are my favorites, but i dont see how any of the ones mike wore wear good for basketball. i had all of them from 1-14 except the 12′s. didn’t see anything extra comfortable or very good for ball. i love em, and would play in them, but i wonder why they wear the old nes. is it for the fashion? because they look good? i think the newer jordans are more comfortable. i keep talking about the 22′s. those were one of the most comfortable ball kicks i ever owned. but the 2′s? nah, not for ball. unless they put some zoom air type thing in em

    I’d like to see those II’s in a home colorway.
    CP’s Jumpman Pros are nice as well.

    Reebok has taken a major backseat to Nike, Jordan and Adidas.
    Adidas even took over the NBA uniform/warmups.
    That’s gotta suck! LMAO!

    Dont forget about the comfort on the 11′s and the 13′s which I thought were pretty cushioned as well. I think the retro’s that Team Jordan guys are wearing do have some type of update technology and cushioning that the originals didn’t have. Thats just my thought

    man almost every pair of jordans ray allen wears is sick. I only like the white phoenix suns nike hyperdunk but the black is cool. jordan brand should bring out the 8′s in the dallas mavericks colorway! those would be guaranteed to sell out!

    im pretty sure most of those retros that you see Team Jordan wearing are updated. Because I know i wouldnt be ballin in the same J’s that they were wearing back in 86/87!Because basketball is a whole different game now than the 80′s and i know Sugar Ray doesn’t wanna get his ankle messed up
