 In the latest issue of Dime Magazine, Washington D.C. rap artist Wale was seen sporting the Eggplant Nike Air Foamposite 1 for a LRG ad. Wale is obviously a Nike fanatic seeing that he made a song called Nike Boots.This style features the original combination of black and purple on the upper. There were many rumors surrounding this shoe regarding the outsole color. Though lots of sources said it would be solid black, the Eggplant Foamposites Wale had on his feet were clearly translucent (no pun).
