 Adidas seems to be forming a nice NBA lineup this year. Recently, the Chicago Bulls newest acquisition Derrick Rose signed a sneaker contract with Adidas. Two months later, Miami Heat’s forward Michael Beasley and Los Angeles Clipper’s guard Eric Gordon follow in his footsteps. With Adidas having three of the top ten NBA draft picks this year, look for ‘three stripes’ to take off.The Beasley signing comes as a surprise considering many times this past season he was seen destroying Big XII competition in the Jordan Aqua 8′s. On the contrary, Gordon’s signing seems fitting considering he sported Adidas this past year while attending an Adidas-sponsored school (Indiana University). It should be interesting to see which player gets the best looking sneaker. Any preseason guesses? |
