| Last month, Nike kicked off the City Series campaign and released Air Force Ones that commemorated Baltimore. In May, Nike has been releasing several pairs to honor Philadelphia, but next month will go down as the biggest and best when Nike saves the best for last – NYC. The inspiration of the NYC Air Force Ones comes from the history of basketball in the city. The shoes celebrate the AAU Gauchos, Rosie’s Dry Goods, and Patterson Square Gardens.
